Unit not filling cup as normal

My unit has now not dispensing proper amount to the cup as was normal. Is there a reset process to go to?...

new senseo for Christmas - help!

I can't get my new Senseo to go into the 'flushing mode' - it just drains the water into the bowl but it is not heated - help! I can't make coffee in my new toy!...
