Need Service/Repair for OPTEX GENESYS 824 R

When I bought a house 10 years ago, the builder installed OPTEX GENESYS 824 R. The system needs maintenance/repair, but I cannot find the manufacturer OPTEX MORSE INC. on the web. Any suggestions as to who services these systems?...

alarm trouble

I no longer have the alarm connected to the central monitoring station but after a power failure, the system keeps trying to call the the monitoring station and displaying "comm" trouble because it can't. It keeps alarming and I have to disconnect it. How can I reset it?...
