where is the cigarette lighter fuse?

I can't find it to save my life...HELP...

shifting

car will shift manualy but not on its own...

Low engine coolant light, and temperature gauge reading high.

Some times when I first start the car the low coolant light comes on for just a few seconds, then goes out. Then after the engine is up to normal running temperature the light comes on again, this time it stays on. The last couple of times the temperature gauge went into the red and then back to normal before the light came on. I have checked the fluid level, and it is fine, at the neck in the radiator, and at cold line in overflow tank. What can cause both of these problems, and what is the DIY fix....
