tube discharge

there are two small rubber hoses portruding underneath my 2008 1600 classic. Periodically I notice a slimy oily discharge from one hose. I assume they are breather hoses?? Is this normal or should I bring to dealer bike is under warranty so I don't want to mess with myself, any ideas??...
