The right speaker does not work

The right speaker does not work. I've switched the speaker wires left to right and still the one on the right channel does not work (even though I have now hooked it to the left speaker) How do I fix it? Someone mentioned a fuse on the back, but I am not sure how to access it. Thanks for any help!...
