Catalyst Control Center Help Menu Won't Launch

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CCC and Help Menu won't launch. After reinstalling and clicking Help for the first time there is a progress bar that says that i'm using Help for the first time but after that, nothing. If I click on Help from the start menu the program itself loads but not the Help menu. If I click on Help in the programs window nothing happens. I'd be interested to know if this problem has been seen before....
